Delivery & Refund Policy

Nature of the service

website-automation is a fully digital, subscription-based software service (SaaS). There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. "Delivery" means activation of your account features for the plan you purchased.

Delivery / activation

• Access is delivered instantly and electronically. The moment your payment is confirmed, your plan's features (publishing, custom domains, higher generation limits, e-commerce where applicable) unlock on your account.
• You can generate and preview sites for free before any purchase — so you see exactly what you're buying before you pay.
• If activation does not happen within a few minutes of a successful payment, email tahakutays@gmail.com and we'll resolve it manually.

Refund policy

• 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid plans. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no hoops.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Renewals and upgrades after the initial 14-day window are not refundable; you can cancel any time to stop future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Third-party pass-through costs (custom-domain registration fees, payment processing fees) are non-refundable, as they're paid to external providers.

Cancellation

You can cancel from the billing page at any time. After cancellation, your sites stay live until the end of the period you've already paid for, then revert to draft (they are not deleted) — you can resubscribe and re-publish later.
